A covenant is solemn agreement between two or more parties outlining their mutual responsibilities to each other. In striving for unity within the body, we hold to the following covenant as a Body of Christ.

Having been led, as we believe, by the Spirit of God to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Saviour;

John 1:12; Isa. 12:2; John 3:16; Acts 16:31; Acts 20:21

And on the profession of our faith, having been baptized in the name of the Father, and the Son, and of the Holy Ghost;

Acts 2:38; Acts 8:36-38; Mat. 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-16

We do now, in the presence of God, angels, and this assembly, most solemnly and joyfully enter into covenant with one another as one body in Christ.
